A workspace is the unit in BixoChat that holds one Instagram account: its connection, its Direct and Comment Automations, its forms, its lead list and its plan. Each workspace holds one Instagram account; for a second account you open a second workspace.
How it works
- One login opens up to 10 workspaces, all managed from the same account.
- Each workspace has its own plan: an agency running three client accounts pays for three plans, and each account uses its own monthly responses. Buy the plan in the workspace where that account is connected.
- Plans are not shared across workspaces; one can be Ultimate and another Beginner.
- Each workspace belongs to one login; there are no team roles or separate permissions.
Who it is for
