Delete your BixoChat data
How to remove BixoChat's access to your Instagram account and ask for your data to be deleted
BixoChat connects to your Instagram professional account through Meta's official login. You can revoke that access on Meta's side at any time, and you can ask BixoChat to delete the data it holds about your account. Both steps are below. This site (bixo.chat) does not hold any of this data; the steps happen on Meta's and BixoChat's side.
Option 1: remove the app on Instagram or Facebook
On Instagram
Open Settings, then Website permissions (or Apps and websites), find BixoChat and tap Remove. BixoChat loses access immediately and your automations stop.
On Facebook
Open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites, find BixoChat and remove it. Meta also lets you send a data-deletion request from that screen.
Option 2: ask BixoChat to delete your data
From your account
Sign in to the panel, open your account page, disconnect the Instagram account, then open a support ticket from the help centre asking for account and data deletion. Tickets are answered by the BixoChat team.
If you cannot sign in
Email the BixoChat support address shown on the official site (bixochat.com) with the subject "Data deletion request", the email or phone you signed up with and the Instagram username that was connected.
What gets deleted
The request covers what BixoChat stored for your account; BixoChat confirms the exact scope when it answers you. Instagram itself keeps your Instagram data; removing the app only ends BixoChat's access to it.
