    In the Instagram inbox you can save the answers you type often and insert them with a shortcut. You still open every conversation and send each reply yourself.

  • Instant reply and away message

    Meta Business Suite can greet everyone who messages you for the first time and send an away message outside your hours. One fixed text for everyone: no trigger words, no comment replies.

  • Frequently asked questions

    A few pre-set questions people can tap when they open a chat, each with a fixed answer. Good for hours, location and shipping; it does not read what people actually write.

  • Custom keywords and comment to message

    On desktop, Meta Business Suite binds a fixed reply to up to five keywords or phrases (exact, case-sensitive match, sent after 15 minutes unless you reply first) and can message people whose comment contains the hashtags you chose.

What BixoChat adds, and what it costs

BixoChat has no free plan or trial. Plans start at $9 a month and every plan has every feature: trigger-word replies to DMs, story replies and comments on chosen posts or all posts, a DM follow-up after a comment reply, an AI assistant for everything no automation caught, DM forms, and lead capture with Excel export. Plans differ only in how many automated responses a month you get.
