The short version
Both answer Instagram comments and DMs automatically and connect through Meta's own login. The difference is the model: ManyChat is a large multi-channel platform with multi-step automations, priced per active contact; BixoChat is Instagram-only, works on trigger word plus reply, is priced per automated response, and comes with a panel in English and Turkish. A cost example for a shop
Say 3,000 different people write to you or comment each month and each gets about 3 automated messages: 9,000 automated responses in total.
- BixoChat: 9,000 responses fit the Standard plan: $19 a month. Above 10,000 responses, BixoChat's Pro plan ($39, 30,000 responses).
- ManyChat: 3,000 active contacts exceed ManyChat Pro's 2,500: about $54: $29 at the annual rate plus 500 × $0.05 = $25 overage (the per-contact rate the page lists for monthly billing), or Business at $69. Under 2,500 contacts it stays at $29.
Now the reverse: 2,000 people a month, each getting 20 automated replies (long sales conversations: 40,000 responses). That fits ManyChat Pro's 2,500 contacts: $29; in BixoChat, 40,000 responses need Ultimate (unlimited): $79 a month at the annual rate, $99 on monthly billing. The rule is simple: write down your own monthly contacts and messages and price both models. ManyChat's figures are the annual-billing rates; monthly billing costs more. Tax depends on your country and shows before you pay.
