Comment-to-DM means that someone who writes a specific word under your post automatically gets two things: a short public reply under their comment and a private DM. It is the mechanism behind every "comment LINK and I'll send it to you" Reel.
How it works
In BixoChat this is a Comment Automation: you pick the posts (none selected means all of them), enter the trigger words, write a few variants of the public reply (up to 10; one is picked at random each time) and put the real content in the DM that follows. One DM per comment, and that DM is text, an image or a video; a button in it leads to a Direct Automation that can send more. The public reply can also be written by the automation's own AI instead of fixed text.
What it is for
- Hundreds of "link?" comments under a Reel answer themselves.
- Only people who asked get the link; nobody receives an unwanted message.
- The post collects more comments.
