User Data Deletion Instructions
At BixoChat, we respect user privacy and are committed to transparency and user control over personal data. If you have connected your Facebook or Instagram account to BixoChat and would like to request deletion of data associated with your Meta integration, you may do so at any time using one of the methods outlined below.
How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1: Remove App Access via Facebook or Instagram
You may revoke BixoChat's access directly from your Meta account settings: open your Facebook or Instagram Settings, navigate to Apps and Websites, locate BixoChat, and select Remove. This action immediately revokes BixoChat's access to your Meta account and prevents any further data processing via Meta APIs.
Option 2: Request Data Deletion from BixoChat
If you would like BixoChat to delete data stored within our systems, you may submit a deletion request using one of the following methods.
A. Through Your BixoChat Account
Log in to your account, go to Account Settings or User Dashboard, select Disconnect Facebook / Instagram or Request Data Deletion, and confirm your request.
B. By Email
If you are unable to access your account, submit a request by email to support@bixochat.com with Subject: Data Deletion Request. Please include: the email address associated with your BixoChat account, the Facebook or Instagram account connected to BixoChat, and a brief description of your deletion request.
Scope of Data Deletion
Upon verification of your request, BixoChat will delete personal data associated with your Facebook or Instagram integration from our systems, except where data retention is required by applicable law (legal or regulatory obligations, financial and accounting requirements, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution). Automation configurations (workflows, rules, and settings) may remain stored unless explicitly requested for deletion.
Processing Time
Data deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Once processing is completed, access to the related services will be discontinued.
Legal Compliance
BixoChat processes and deletes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, applicable provisions of the EU GDPR where relevant, and Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

Important Notes
This deletion process applies only to data associated with Facebook and Instagram integrations. If you wish to permanently delete your entire BixoChat account and all associated data, please use the account deletion option available in your dashboard or contact support. Data removal is performed in compliance with Meta Platform requirements and applicable privacy regulations.
